Extract gregorian signs into a smaller helper function

Modularize the Functions:

The gregorian_sign, hebrew_sign, and yearOfThe functions could be extracted into separate, smaller helper functions for each zodiac type (e.g., getGregorianSign(), getChineseZodiac(), etc.). This would enhance readability and reusability.
