Allow title to have more than 2 lines on staggered display

Describe your suggested feature

Currently, library title only supports a maximum of displaying 2 lines of text, showing it's title and author (if the library title fits in 1 line) and use ellipsis "..." when title overflows.

Now that J2K have (beta) support of displaying staggered grid in the library, I have a proposal to implement displaying full title and author without the line limit.

This will not defy material design guide as staggered display can stagger (duh) different height produced by different title length, compared to the former classic grid display.

I have this idea from long ago and felt like a great time to submit a feature request with the new display system.
