Describe the bug
Another python instance spawn after restarting hyprpanel.

To Reproduce

Restart Hyprpanel using hyprpanel restart command
Check task manager program
Do another restart and it will start another instance again

Expected behavior
Only one instance should running after hyprpanel restart
