You will need to download from scratch. This moves from python 3.9 to 3.11, amongst a variety of other changes
Compatible with update_package.bat?
Check your version number for compatibility with the update script. Looking at the table below for example, if your package is v2.0, YES you can use the script. If your package is any of the v1 packages (v1.x), then the script will NOT work and you'll need to redownload it.
