With the attached .dxf file, I imported it into Deepnest. I changed the between parts distance to .6 and tried to run the Nest by selecting the large rectangle as the "sheet" and gave it a quantity of 2 (I was able to nest these parts by hand on those 2 sheets). I let the program run for 8 hours and it never gave a nest, just 2 small parts, one on each sheet. If I change the distance between parts back to 0 and run the nest, it creates a nest in a few seconds, but in 30 minutes it had place all but 2 of the pieces and could not place all 23 pieces on 2 sheets, at least in 30 minutes. I would like to help you improve this your creation if I can. Please let me know if I can supply you with further information, i would love to use your product in my development, I really like what you have done. Are you still working on this project?
