As a medic, I want to update registered account informations under my account page #24

The system should have my acccunt page. Under this page the patient can update his/her basic account information

Basically all info retrieved on medic sign up can be updated

Assumptions: name, surname, title, email, phone, licence number, university name (can be multiple), profession expertise
