What is the problem

The Viewer Panel displays half the unmodified image half the comparison of two results (unclear)

What did you expect

The Viewer Panel to display either the unmodified image, either the comparison of two results

Describe how to reproduce or add a test

  • open OImaging
  • generates two successful results
  • select two results
  • click on Compare
  • click on Modify Image
  • click on Cancel
  • the viewer panel should be displaying partly the unmodified image and partly the comparison of results
  • resize the window and it will display a comparison of three images

Context information

  • Java version 1.8
  • Operating system Linux Mint
  • 64 bit
  • How is the application installed? Netbeans Github
  • Any custom changes ? put the action panel in the bottom = almost no change

Solution Hint

Disabling Modify Image Action & button when Comparison is active. Anyway it was not clear which Image was modified.

Also disable the image selection list when Comparison is active ? Because Its content is unclear. Or puts every image in the list. EDIT: using the image selection list provoques a similar bug. it seems to be stucked in grid mode while trying to displaying a single image, I don't know

Maybe investigate on the correct refresh of the viewer panel when cancelling Modify Image in other contexts
