Only BRIGHT (like JSDC2) or also FAINT: 2.5e6 in total ?

Select major but useful columns for JSDC3 (CDS) = subset
Update sclcatFilterCatalog.sh (only good diameters or complete ?)
Mise en forme (VOTable ou encore ascii-art = fixed-width ASCII file + README ?)
Tests CDS Vizier ingestion
