Yes, it works with 5.4 - no issues at the moment.
On a fresh account, I was able to use the FAB store to "buy" InkCPP and then refresh the Fab Library to install InkCPP to engine. No issues there.
It seems to correlate to the wrong version number of the plugin. It only uploaded for 5.3/5.4
I will release next week a version which is designed for UE5.5. And then we will see if Unreal has any remarks.
If everything works out in a month, the fab plugin might work flawlessly for 5.5.

It seems like InkCPP does not yet support UE 5.5, specifically when using "Install to Engine" from the FAB library.
