@JAremko , can you do a docker build for remacs?

@agsdot AFAIK DockerHub can't build Emacs but you can do it locally moby/moby#22801

I added Remacs Dockerfile you can try building it.

Thanks. I was having issues working with remacs on macos and on archlinux (with evm).

I'll work off Remacs Dockerfile. Thanks!
