Reinvest seems to be disabled however Claim is enabled.

Steps.

Created a bond for NFMe1 and NFMe2.

Set NFMe2 as the NFMe primary.
Withdraw bond of NFMe2.
At this point there is no primary however there is NFMe1 with a Bond accruing rewards.
