Investigate including support for: http://vocab.nerc.ac.uk/scheme/SVX_GAZTR/current/

rdf description should be added to the location:
geonetwork/web/src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/data/config/codelist/external/thesauri/place/seavox.rdf
Investigate options to dynamically include this in GeoNetwork builds instead of storing a version in our repo that can become out of date.
