pimcore, licenses used by included 3rd party libraries

The overal pimcore project is licensed under the terms of a modified BSD Licence. By using pimcore you have to be aware and have to accept and respect that the pimcore distribution includes several third-party Open-Source libraries, which are licensed under their respective Open-Source licenses.

ExtJS by Sencha Inc.

pimcore includes the GPLv3 version of the ExtJS JavaScript framework (version 3) under the Open Source License Exception for Applications (FLOSS).

There are two FLOSS exceptions available for use with this release for open source applications that are distributed under a license other than GPL.
