The translator offers add google features and the premium offers allow new features:

exemple: There is the role @french and I want all posts from members with this role to be translated into English, Japanese and Brazilian. With the free version only the English and Japanese translation could be done but with the premium version I could add the Brazilian.
Refund policy: Premiums can be refunded but not translator offers if they are used because the used characters have to be paid, but in case of any problem contact the support and we will do it case by case in a transparent way.
