Firmware Version (Open RealSense Viewer --> Click info)
Operating System & Version {Win (8.1/10) / Linux (Ubuntu 14/16/17) / MacOS
Kernel Version (Linux Only) (e.g. 4.14.13)
Platform PC/Raspberry Pi/ NVIDIA Jetson / etc..
SDK Version { legacy / 2.. }
Language {C/C#/labview/nodejs/opencv/pcl/python/unity }

Hi @bsseo89 A control_transfer returned warning can indicate that there is a communiction problem between the camera and the computer, typically with the USB system (the USB port or the USB cable).

Which model of RealSense camera do you have, please? And are you using the official USB cable supplied with the camera or a cable of your own choice?

Hi,My camera model is D435i and I use my own USB cable

It is important that a self-chosen USB cable that is used with RealSense is high quality, especially if it is longer than 2 meters, and that the cable is designed for data transfer and not just device charging.
