[ENH] Test creation doc

Goal

Improve documentation for creating your pipeline's tests.

Why this is useful

This would help contributors to reproduce a pipeline.

For now, on the testing doc, you only refer to the test_team_2T6S.py file (by the way, link is also broken).

It could be nice to have a sort of "guideline" to implement this file. Like:
1st: create the test_creation tests
2nd: create the output test
etc.

and add a part to explain the "pipeline_test" mentioned here.
What do we need to modify to pass these tests? or actually, is it normal that we don't pass these?
