artifacts slot causing a ~40 fps drop

i've seen numerous reports from different servers saying that the three artifacts slots drop their fps to around 30-40. might be worth looking into, for 1.18 and below at least. might happen on 1.19.2 as well. the current pack in the discord can be built in for a quick fix in the next patch perhaps

Can confirm, after profiling on 1.18.2, noticed a lot of time being taken up by the artifacts slots, after removing the mod fps increased by ~20
