As an admin I want to be able to view the status of and manage my instance easily using a nice ui.

The information displayed could be:

The number of feeds
The number of articles in the system
The number of users / The number of monthly active users
The time of the next run of the garbage collector / feedparser
Information about all users
The last 100 lines of the log

To manage the instance, one could:

Reset the passwords of users
Remove users / ban users
Ban feeds
