.coverage (should be added to gitignore too)
docs
docsrc
dist (this is uploaded to pypi, but doesn't need to live in the repo)

also - are you using both requirements and dev_requirements? probably one of these can be removed?

oh, the .egg file can also be removed (and added to gitignore)
