Review CI validation steps

• Validation 1

  • I find it useful and use it when deploying to staging and production. Until today, this validation step has always been green in all staging and production deployments.
  • Today, for the first time, this step was not green in the Dalco staging CI pipeline. However, it appears to be a non-critical error, as the release can proceed.
  • Usually, when this step turns red, it indicates an issue with environment variables, as the purpose of this validation is to attempt to run the osparc stack with all settings in place.

• Validation 2

  • Not sure what is this step about, it was always red and I have never used it.

Validation2 was supposed to check that there are no implicit defaults in env-vars, and all env-vars used are explicitly defined in the repo.config.template. Not sure if it still works, but it was correctly never green as the defaults were never removed, just FYI
