I like the new feature of telling people the baseline cycling, e.g. "Baseline Cycling (%): 3.8 " for England. However could this be clarified as to what it actually means, I wasn't sure. Do you mean "Potential cyclists at baseline (%)", or "% of population cycling weekly at baseline", or "% trip cycled at baseline" or something else? I would suggest that the percentage of potential cyclists is the most relevant thing, since that is what we allow people to select?

It's the latter - % of population cycling weekly at baseline for the selected region.

Thanks for the tool tip -could we edit it to say "Shows % of the total population for the selected region who cycle at least weekly at baseline". I think otherwise people could potentially think it was showing the selected subgroup.

Also, since people may not notice the tool tip, what would you think of "Baseline Cycling, Total Population (%)" as the new text on the screen? I think it would fit, and might reduce confusion. (I only noticed a tooltip because your comment here said it was there)

A further refinement, but not essential (and certainly not urgent) would be to have the following on all tabs except the summary tab
Baseline Cycling, Total Population (%): 4.9
Baseline Cycling, Sub-Population (%): 3.2
