Features to Include

This page should have restricted access. The page should have the following features:

• Define a core post
• Define the SIG which the core post belongs to
• Assign to an Executive Member (searchable using roll number or name)
• Define start and end date of term

Also add the Core Post model.

• This page should only be accessible to the Convener role.
