nox publish failing

I have built the release and tested it
(everything works but the PRECMD and POSTCMD)
I was trying to publish but when I do a nox -s publish it fails with

@edmundreinhardt nox publish is ran by the GitHub action. If you wish to run it manually, you need to set the secrets in the environment variables for the access the rpm repo. Just like what we have in the github secret page.

Thank you, it works perfectly from Github actions. I will try to document that.
