Hi,
When I run "python create_vocab.py my_vocab.npz", I will meet the problem at "stim_transcripts = textcore.get_transcript_uris()", it will appear the wrong information that "An error occurred (403) when calling the HeadBucket operation: Forbidden". How to solve it?
