unfortunately this guide didnt work

On that guide you learn how to install a working DevKitPro environment.

once you have a working DevKitPro environment you can build the repo, but you are right hfs0.hpp must be updated to suppport latests libs for Switch-Dev.

how would i compile it in that case since it requires a update to the file
