# HoyoToon Shader License (HTSL-1.1)

**1. License Grant**  
Subject to the terms below, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute this shader and its derivative works in any medium, provided that you adhere to the attribution, usage, and exclusion requirements outlined in this license.

**2. Attribution Requirement**  
If you use this shader in any form (original or modified), you must provide credit to the original authors in any publication, distribution, or display of the shader or its derivatives.  
- For use in VRChat avatars, renders, animations, or any other medium, credit must be clearly visible in a manner that associates it with the shader.  
- If you create a new shader or derivative based on this shader, attribution to the original authors must be maintained in the source code and any documentation provided with the derivative shader. This includes shaders converted to other forms, nodes, Blender files, or ports to different pipelines or engines.

**3. Exclusions**  
Individuals affiliated with, employed by, or in any way associated with "Festivity," "Omatsuri," or "Primotoon" are strictly prohibited from using, distributing, modifying, or contributing to this shader or any derivatives thereof. This restriction applies to any association, formal or informal, with these groups.  
- Such individuals may **not** use this shader or its source code as a basis for creating their own shaders or any other projects. However, they are permitted to use the shader as consumers without modifying or redistributing it, provided they comply with all other terms of this license.

**4. Prohibited Content**  
This shader and any of its derivatives are strictly prohibited from being used to create NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content that involves any depiction of minors, including but not limited to children, "shotas," "lolis," or any other similar portrayals. Any use of this shader to create such content is a direct violation of this license and is grounds for immediate termination of all rights granted under this license.

**5. Redistribution Requirements**
