Hi, can you provide more information on when it happens, what settings, and if possible, the conditions when it happen or a way to reproduce it. Are you playing on public servers or Impostor ?

Also, if you are using any other mods, pls mention the names/github links of the mods.

Medbay scan usually works, and I just testing multiple edge cases without any issues.
