Add a set of high level traversal functions

We need a set of abstract functions akin to those that appear in robot. It has been suggested that this NOT be a part of the funowl package, but rather an add on.

I will develop this module within the funowl project and once we get a prototype working we can decide whether to split it out or not.

I am building up some high level transformation functions in: https://github.com/INCATools/ontology-access-kit/ but I think it will still be useful to have owl-level traversals in funowl
