Unable to form tx from cbor if it withdraws from smart contract

Hi, we have integrated this library into our dapp. It works for a normal transaction, however, for a transaction that is withdrawing from a smart contract its failing with error "''Hash28' must be an hash of length 28'," Need help around it, since we are using it for our tests.
