Support for running/testing Jarvis via docker containers

The developers currently need to install quite a number of libraries just to make the software run. With this feature, the entire code can be made to run in a specified format, by installing only docker. This would greatly simplify the execution process, as there have also been complains regarding ill execution of the assistant on various platforms
