[Feature Request] Add support of Mac OS accessibility zoom

According to the comments of MoonSoul88 for #3224, the shortcuts to zoom causes weird behaviors of moveToScreen.

To fix the weird behaviors, one has to disable all system-supported shortcuts to open zoom.

Could you please provide a spoon method to toggle the accessibility zoom so that we can associate shortcuts to replace the system predefined shortcuts?
