[Dashboard] Fix verification check icon

I was unable to take a screenshot but between submitting the application and seeing the dashboard, there's a split second of a check mark suggesting the application was successfully submitted and it was off centered like a green check mark in half a circle.

can someone else test this? @zpinto im outta emails to signup with. shouldn't be happening since we're using swal which positions the checkmark
