After running the script I received this error:

  File "/Users/bombenheimer/Documents/Programming Files/ddos-attack.py", line 23
    print "Author   : HA-MRX"
    ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
SyntaxError: Missing parentheses in call to 'print'. Did you mean print(...)?

Change print to print(), because it's python3,Also, this project is useless.

I know, I am just beefing up my stats in issues. I wouldn't use this either
