Under resources if I enter the following, it does not appear to save the checkin and doesn't tell me what I did wrong:

Disaster: Test Disaster
Description: adfdf
Quantity: 3
Type: Water
Start Date 10/4/2018
End date: 10/4/2018
Location: test testtest testtest testtest testtest testtest testtest testtest testtest testtest testtest testtest testtest testtest testtest testtest testtest testtest test

click the CheckIn button.

Page refreshes but doesn't save the information.
