Many of the Dynamic Env Maps that Cyan uses with their Wave Sets include drawing avatars. Due to most of them having either no refresh time or a slow one, it can result in what is basically a ghost image in the water.
This can especially be a problem since taking KI pictures or minimizing and maximizing the fullscreen game does actually force a refresh thus capturing avatars in the environment image until there is another forced refresh. Examples of me using this affect alone by taking third person KI pictures:
I have no doubt there are other places this happens, but you should get the idea by seeing these. Even in regards to areas that can't normally be reached, perhaps properly preventing avatars from being reflected could help in cases of big crowds since the Env Map wouldn't even need to take avatars into consideration?
