nozzle not heating as expected K1 Max

I have the latest firmware, I was Rooted and Slicing with Orca/Fluidd, After 4 or 5 3-4 hour Prints I would get an error. (nozzle not heating as expected) This went on for awhile, tried PID Calibration, Changed Hotend. I reset the printer and just running Stock and using Creality Print I have been printing for quite a few hours and well beyond when I was rooted getting errors and not a single error stock.
Wondering if there is a bug in Fluidd or Orca, I may root in a few days and try MainSail.
But if anyone has been through this would sure like your input. It's defiantly not hardware related. Sucks because I have been running rooted since K1 Max came out.
