Task: Add the /party gui

Task Description

This task will add an extensive GUI that players in a party can use to view and manage their party. If you're not in a party, the /party command should tell you the command syntax (Usage: /party ). If they are in a party, it should open a GUI. This GUI can take the form of a book GUI, or an inventory GUI using items as buttons.

This GUI should find a way to list all players in the party. The leader of the party should be able to kick players in the party using this GUI. They should also be able to toggle party chat mode in this gui. See the party chat issue, attached to this task's Epic Issue. The party leader should also be able to disband (delete) a party in this GUI.
