I tried opening GrassClipper.exe
and it says this following message

GrassClipper.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point CoIncrementMTAUsage could not be located in the dynamic link library ole32.dll.
"
Windows 7 here, any help?

Windows 7 is 99.9% likely not supported, just update your windows i guess
