Where can I find the installation guide README.rd is empty

Hello, good time, my problem is from number three onwards, when I type, it gives an error command not found

try to install git

1. sudo apt update
2. sudo apt install git

1. you need python3: 2. wget -qO- https://bootstrap.pypa.io/get-pip.py | python3 - and python3 -m pip install -r requirements.txt
2. You need to run python3 certificate.py
3. then cat /var/lib/marzban-node/ssl_cert.pem
4. then python3 main.py

I created main.py service, and shove it into autorun.. and it will work))

سلام وقت بخیر قبلا سرتیفیکت نود رو روی پنل اصلی میذاشتیم و کار میکرد ، الان میگه سرتفیکیت پنل اصلی رو توی نود کپی کنید ولی هیچ آموزشی برای این کار نیست. باید چکار کنیم؟
