[WinError 50] The request is not supported #146

Running the code presented below

    options = webdriver.ChromeOptions()
    options.add_argument("--remote-debugging-port=9222")
    driver = webdriver.Chrome(options=options)
    driver.get(url)

The following error occurred

Exception managing chrome: error sending request for url (
https://googlechromelabs.github.io/chrome-for-testing/known-good-versions-with-downloads.json)
[WinError 50] The request is not supported

The versions of chrome browser and chromedriver are compatible (127). Do you have any idea what can cause the issue?
