Samples for chrome.management

In continuation to the issue #798, I can work for the samples of chrome.manangement

We can add a description for all mentioned functions and a high-level code sample with relevant comments for the same. In case if there are more functions without readme for samples, I'll be happy to make them for them too!

if it's unassigned, I can start working on the same while taking references of samples of other functions.

In case there's any other work for me, I'd be more than happy to contribute to the same.

Thanks @An-Yay, that would be great. In this case, I'd suggest building something similar to the tabs inspector sample. I can imagine listing out all of the extensions a user has installed and giving them the option to view information / uninstall them. Let me know if you have any questions.
