[7.9.0] Options -> Reprocessing -> Refining Equipment, custom efficiency has no effect for reprocessing non ores

Hi,

Just found out that in the current release, the custom defined Refining Equipment efficiency percentage did not work for reprocessing modules as it has no effect upon setting a value in the field.

According to a comment in the code //Station is always 50% for scrap metal:

So either that is no longer how it works or it's working as intended.
