I've not narrowed it down yet, but it appears that pFUnit somehow does not install correctly.

And running the tests does not correctly bootstrap.

Hmm. Yeah, I do seem some differences in the installed libraries between Baselibs with the GFE repo and Baselibs with the separate repos.
