Legal #5

Depending on what you require, is dependent on what is required. Yes you need legal advice and yes you will need that legal advice before operating, as you don't want to be hitting snags on your first day of operation. You are also going to need a legal team, as an individual can only cover what they know 100% about and why law is actually divided up into categories, especially in the US (Not so much across the UK or EU). The first start is with "Corporation Law", as Glimesh is a "Legal Entity". http://www.law.harvard.edu/programs/olin_center/papers/pdf/Kraakman_643.pdf You've also got to cover these areas prior to operation as well, Tax Law, Employment Law & Contract Law and these are just the start. In the UK alone, as a UK company we have to provide various points of "Legally Required" information, most of it gets covered in "Terms & Conditions", as well as "Privacy Policies" and other legal documents. You're also going to need a law firm, that covers everything that is required in law and not just under US law. https://www.hg.org/law-firms/usa-international-law.html As I've said in the other, you're going to need full legal advice before operation and the sooner you get it, you will find that all the point you are researching, they will cover from just knowing what the business does, what it is going to do and who is going to use and will already have the knowledge to hand. |

Most legal courses can be taken online for free at EDX but not sure where you all are located as that matter's and you wont have a degree or a Bar No. to practice law and like said above I think that there should be a legal team and some sort of representation of Glimesh for review so there is no snags on Launch Day. |
Need to figure out the following things for legal matters.
Cost of lawyer for
ToS Review * This could probably be done after launch.
Legal Advice * Licensing for music, legal obligations to streamers, DMCA takedown process
Future Partnership Options * Do we need to partner with a law firm? Do we pay for service as needed or is there a different option?
I have seen a lot about
https://morrisonrothman.com/
And I personally think they would be a good fit, but didn't know if there were others in mind
