Steps for reproduce

1. Open datepicker

2. Open timepicker

Select one symbol in a minutes value and change it (timepicker value is update too)
Select one symbol in timepicker minutes value (date in input filed update too)
Then select one symbol in a minutes value and change it again (timepicker value doesn't update)

Can we fix this?
