Select date/time but empty value until you click in textbox #212

When upgrading from 2.3.1 release to any other, the value remains empty after picking a date/time unless I click in the text box after picking a date/time.

It looks like in 2.3.1 focus is given to the textbox after selecting a date/time, but in other releases the textbox does not get focus after you select a date/time.

Angular: 1.6.5
UIBS: 2.5.0
Bootstrap: 3.3.7
