Clear doesn't actually clear values

Hi,
I found strange behaviour with clear button inside time picker popup.
After you choose date and time picker popup is active if you press clear it actually clears values inside input and inside hours/minutes inputs

But if you change hours or minutes by clicking on arrows and then press clear it only clear value inside input but hours/minutes inputs stay the same
