I think it would be helpful if you could open issues for the changes you've planned. Because you mentioned some of the features I think would be helpful already in the README so I think they will be implemented? (features like mobile support)

For me it would be interesting to know how if you're going to merge the features of ContentFlow into ContentTools (in a rewrite) or if you think of a whole new editing concept.

I also would like features like a gallery/slideshow or a tool for inserting documents but I think I could implement that on my own. For that a plugin API would be helpful so I won't have to maintain a fork with my changes as I do today.
