[🐛] 🔥 queryUsers() quite often returns server error

Issue

In our logs service, we see a lot of StreamChat error code -1: QueryUsers failed with error: "", errors that are result of queryUsers().

It is hard to say what are the exact steps. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.

Example of queryParams that failed (ofc SOME_KEY are removed manually from the log by me)

Previously we were using 5.30.0, now we switched to 5.41.2 (stream-chat-react-native)

We have fixed a similar issue on v5.38.0, so if you are on v5.41.2 this should work. Do you have any steps on how to reproduce this issue? Thanks 😄
