Priority listing ordering

It would be helpful to have up/down arrows on each item in the priority listing to be able to move items to different locations in the list.

I had to delete the entire list to redo it to move the last added item to the top of the list. It would be so much easier if I could add it at the bottom, then use the arrows to move it up to the appropriate location in the list.
